Phase 1: Core Foundation

Learn how to master the basics of breathing and bracing while reconnecting to your body. You’ll understand how your muscles function and see your core as an entire system.

Phase 2: Posture & Alignment

In this phase, you’ll identify neutral spine and anchor points for better posture. You’ll build awareness around overcompensation with larger muscle groups and learn how to alleviate neck and back pain by activating your core.

Phase 3: Stabilization & Pelvic Floor
