But I’ve redefined what health looks like for me. And you can too.

The “Heart Work” of Health

The healing I needed had to start at a much deeper level, what I call the “heart work” of health. Here’s what that journey looked like for me.
Finding Good Enough

I redefined what health looked like for me so fitness could be sustainable.

Simple Behavior Change

I changed my actions so I could get different results. Even if those changes were small.

The 1% Method

I committed to repeating positive daily choices even if I only gave 1%.

The self work I did to recover my mind, body, and spirit is how Fused to Fitness became a reality.
Now I help moms of all abilities redefine their health, reconnect to their core, and restore their strength and function so they can be fully present in the lives they have.

How I’m living my life to the fullest

(and how many of my clients are doing the same)

Camping and hiking with my family – you’ll find us in a 2-room canvas tent, a solar-powered campsite, and a few other luxuries that make family camping a joyful adventure.

Being outdoors – I love grounding myself in nature. I get so much energy from breathing the fresh air and enjoying the sights and sounds of being outside.

Working out – I have a super solid morning routine that I rely on for centering me and helping me set intentions for the day.

Going on walks with friends – It’s a fun way to get my body moving during the day while connecting with other moms who inspire me and hold me accountable to my goals.

Cooking – my favorite food to cook – POPCORN! I love to air pop and use different kernels from Amish Country Popcorn.

Gardening – We grow all kinds of herbs that I love to process and freeze or dry. We also grow bush beans, sweet potatoes, cherry tomatoes, cabbage, butternut squash and acorn squash.

Dog Training – We have a goofy fluffy Sheepadoodle named Bandit who just graduated puppy preschool. I’m looking forward to training him to compete in AKC Agility competitions. 

Hosting a girlfriend brunch (You should see my charcuterie boards!) — There’s nothing like connecting with friends over good food and catching up about all that’s going on in our lives.

Travel – I’ve been to England, Scotland, Wales, Canada, Italy and all over the States. But for our next trip, we’re taking Mirabel to Disney for her first time.

Being a mom!

I love soaking up each season of my daughter’s growth. On any given day you’ll find the two of us having dance parties, doing mommy & me yoga, making crafts, and shopping.
